As part of the continuing East vs. West battle issued by Nike, DQM’s latest collaboration revives their now legendary ‘Bacon’ Air Max 90, this time refreshed as an Air Max 90 Current Huarache. You’ll notice that these have been slightly altered from the version we’ve caught a few glimpses of previously: The tongue and upper toe are now a bright red, instead of the earlier brown. The difference makes for a brighter aesthetic whilst retaining the Bacon theme. Available now at atmos.
Previewed is a third installment from the latest Futura x Nike project, this time eliminating the Obsidian uppers seen in the previous high tops and working in a mostly White/Orange scheme. The sneakers feature translucent Orange outsoles with the words “Be” and “True” imprinted on the bottoms as well as a perforated-gradient design on the uppers. A release can be expected in February of next year atFootlocker retail locations.
